Varsity BPM had the pleasure of meeting Missouri City's very own MoCity Jaybee, published model, recording artist and father. We pulled up on the rising star late night in an exclusive condo in Dallas, Texas. After hours of picture taking and posing at the Dallas Historical Museum we were still granted access to an exclusive interview and behind the scenes of another photo shoot with Dallas photographer Legacy Photography.
With only eight months in the music industry he's already managed to hit the same stage as mainstream artists like Kap G and more. MoCity Jaybee's latest single release "Top" is most definitely easy to gravitate to; produced by CEDDIDIT featuring Pronto Doe.

MoCity Jaybee has an audience that is predominantly women and his comments towards these stats was simply 'It's always been like that". He goes on to explain to us that, and I quote "I'm not a model that is trying to be a rapper, I'm a rapper that models" says MoCity Jaybee during our interview Wednesday night. Even though he's been featured in ads as big as ASICS and Footaction available in The Galleria in Houston, Texas, several magazine spreads like his recent centerfold in the September fashion issue of Luxe Life Magazine as an upcoming artist/model out of Houston, Tx; he makes it clear that his focus is on growing as an artist.
MoCity Jaybee has two big singles he's been pushing since this summer "The Baddest" and his latest "Top". He promises that 2019 he will be releasing an EP for his fans , he just needs to be taken seriously as an artist because he's already made a name for himself as a model. MoCity tells us he is sitting on an arsenal of music right now but timing is everything with him and his team, but you can find visuals of his releases and stream all of his current music releases on all platforms.
